efficient service central location
The staff at the front desk were great. the housekeeping service was also very efficient. the pool area was nice. It had many chairs to relax on. the location was very central. Many restaurants were close.
the door to my room had a broken lock.

Charming Stay Near the Action!
great location friendly staff refreshing pool ample shade
I loved being so close to everything. Bangla Walking Street was just a short walk away, and it made exploring the nightlife simple. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and ready to help, a quality I adore. The hotel's pool area provided a refreshing escape with ample shade. I relaxed there often.
The furniture seemed a bit dated. Some pieces looked like they have had a better time.

The hotel sits centrally. It's just a short walk to the beach and Bangla Walking Street, I noticed. This makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, I think.

convenient location and great staff
excellent location nice pool air conditioning
the location was excellent. it was still relaxing. the gym was good, and i used a treadmill for an hour. the pool area was nice and super clean. i also enjoyed the air conditioning.
the noise from the bars next door did not stop until 4am, difficult to sleep.

My room included air conditioning and was big and comfortable. the room was very clean. The cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining everything. it was a good experience.

the staff spoke good english and were helpful for all queries. ghie, the receptionist, took care of me at the front counter. the staff were lovely and friendly.

breakfast was legendary, and i had an amazing meal of rack of lamb. it was laden with crunchy vegetables. there is also a nice little restaurant downstairs. it has a wide selection of food and drink.

The staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. I was impressed with the clean, functional gym with a variety of equipment. The pool area provided a relaxing space. I enjoyed the good service from the adjacent restaurant (the cocktails were a delight!).
The window in my room did not open.
